My tech - Bobby Bush - is the consummate professional. I depend upon him to look out for pests in my home, he listens to my concerns, and addresses them.

It was good.

We've been with them since we moved here. They come out every month. They've come by every month for 14 years, almost. We pay $105 per month. They actually have the key to do inside our house and they often don't do that if we are at home. We don't have pest problems. So, that's good. When we've occasionally had problems, they've responded quickly and come out and made suggestions.

Adam is great, we really love them.

It’s very good. They do a good job for us. They keep the bugs away and that’s the main thing. The price was okay. Responsiveness was good. They call us and tell us when they’re coming. They’re pretty good at changing the date and come when we need them. They usually show up on time. Sometimes they are in and out pretty quick.

Great company - only negative is that they tend to show up without confirmation of the appointment.

HP's contract said they would do an initial treatment ($140) and return every other month ($70). In addition they said they would return on demand between scheduled visits if I had a problem. I called them back every time I saw bugs after the initial visit for a total of about four times. They scheduled the extra treatments within a day of my call in most cases. Over a period of about five months they were able to eliminate the roaches. When I sold the house about six months after the initial treatment I had not seen a bug, dead or alive, in about two months.

I have a 3-month agreement with them. They used to come out 3-4 times a year but they have a different system now. They're pleasant and prompt. I suppose money-wise, they're about average as anybody else. I didn't check the price with anybody else. I don't have any problems with them.

They did very good. They were always on time and pleasant. I would recommend them to anybody.

They are very good, efficient, and they always come when they say they'll be here.

I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY OFTEN AND I HAVE NEVER RAN INTO ANY PROBLEMS WITH THEIR WORKERS, OR THEIR SERVICE. THE WORKERS ARE PUNCTUAL, PROFESSIONAL AND DO A GOOD JOB.

EXCELLENT. OUR REGULAR TECHNICAL, CARLTON JACKSON, IS VERY NICE, COURTEOUS AND PUNCTUAL. HE EVEN COMES EARLY SOMETIMES! WE HAVE NEVER HAD A PEST PROBLEM, ALTHOUGH SEVERAL YEARS AGO, A SQUIRREL GOT TRAPPED INSIDE OUR HEATING DUCTS IN THE BASEMENT VIA THE CHIMNEY AND HOME PARAMOUNT SENT SOMEONE IMMEDIATELY TO TAKE CARE OF IT.

DESPITE A FEW PROBLEMS IN THE VERY BEGINNING, ONCE WE SOLIDIFIED OUR PERMANENT TECHNICIAN, ALL TREATMENTS HAVE BEEN SUPERB AND TIMELY. OUR TECHNICIAN IS KNOWLEDGEABLE AND DEDICATED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE.
