Being highly dissatisfied with my previous heating and air conditioning company I knew it was time to find someone dependable and trustworthy who wouldn't try and sell me something I neither needed or wanted. The representative of that company informed me following only a cursory glance during a routine bi-annual check that my air conditioner needed to be replaced. As we had not encountered any problems with it I was suspicious of this news. I contacted Heating and Air Solutions and Jasen arrived exactly when he said he would. He was polite and professional and immediately began cleaning and checking my furnace and air conditioner. After a thorough investigation he told me that the only thing needed for my air conditioner was some freon which he provided. The summer is nearly over now and I have not had one problem with my air conditioner.
I have agreed to a yearly contract with this company to provide me with bi-annual checks on my HAVC systems. I am very pleased with the service and with Jasen Melvin who provided his services. I know that if he ever tells me that I need a new air conditioner he is telling me the truth and I would not hesitate to buy it from him and have him install it.

Its was a great experience. Jasen was always on time for all appointments. He provided an estimate within two days and his estimate by far was cheaper than others. Once I signed the work order, Jasen was out within several days to complete the work. I gave Jasen access to my house while I was at work and when I returned home that day the unit was installed and working GREAT! I had such a great experience that I have recommended Jasen to other friends and family. Jasen is now doing the annual service on my mother's house.
