Deck and Porch Service, Concrete Repair
The floor was installed with an estimate given for 2 coats of plastic to be applied over the sub flooring. They put one coat on and after examining the resulting floor, they decided that the second coat would not be necessary. After a year or so the flooring started to show some some wear. They brought another potential customer up to see the flooring and agreed that the flooring looked bad. At that point we were given an estimate for in excess of $6000 to clean and put on the second coat of plastic. When we objected, they ignored our complaint and have not responded to our repeated contacts. We even hired a lawyer who tried multiple times to contact them. They have refused to respond so we have hired a new company to repair the floor this spring(2013).
