I was redecorating a “formal” room to be a more usable family room. This meant paint and any necessary drywall repair before the room could be finished with new carpet and furniture. After another company completely botched the paint and drywall, I contacted Gardeners based on a good friend’s referral.
Rich rearranged his schedule to come out quickly because the room had to be repaired before carpeting and furniture arrival. He took time to look at all of the damage caused by the previous painter and even pointed out things that I hadn’t noticed. Rich also wanted to understand the scope of what I wanted, and took all the time necessary for me to clearly communicate what I wanted. I wanted every single mistake, omission, and flaw caused by the previous painter corrected, and I wanted the work performed to a very high standard.
Even after what I had just been through, I felt completely comfortable. Rich was extremely easy to communicate with, and I had no doubt that Rich and I were on the same page. We went over every single detail of the job, and he was quickly available by cell and email.
Because the previous painter’s incompetence, caulking and drywall repair had to be redone in addition to sanding before repainting.
The room is fabulous!! Everything, and I mean every detail of working with Rich and Mario, was first rate from start to finish. I am so glad that I have a reliable, skilled company to use in the future.
