From first contact Sam excelled at providing exemplary customer service. He was extremely flexible on meeting my timetable and even came out to my car to pick up the iPad since I was using a cane to get around. My iPad was repaired quickly and Sam even took time to explain certain features of my iPad which helped me to use it more easily.
