Stefan is a real pro, he fixed up the piece of roof that was rotting and fixed it so that water didn't collect there by adding a cricket. He also found that our bathroom vent was going directly into the eves and the moisture was rotting out the wood. He put in a new vent for the cost of the vent. It even poured rain when they put the roof up and they kept it totally dry under tarps and finished the same day.

Stefan was busy due to a bad storm north of me. We schedule a date, but he had a accident and contacted me. I was under control with my problem so we schedule a week later. He kept me inform with his progress and he came on the date promised. He checked out the roof and the pipe. He caulk the pipe and the seams to prevent leakage. He took photos for me to see what he did.  He always explain to me about the roof issues because I like to learn for any future problems that might arise. I recommend Stefan if you need any roof repair or a new roof.

The owner (Stephon) was very professional, provided us with great information during our decision process when we were determining what type of roof, color, design, etc. that we wanted.  He also provided us with addresses to ride by and look at some various types we were considering. 
The roof was completed in one day as promised, with the spouting done within a couple day which exceeded our expectations.  We are extremely pleased with our roof and spouting.  The crew was outstand, or I should say amazing.  To say they were efficient would be an understatement.  I stood outside watching them in all for a few hours.

Can't recommend this company enough! Very personal and professional fella came out and did the estimate and recommendations. Work was performed exactly as he said it would be and right on cost (no "surprises"). All mess cleaned up when work was completed. Finished product looks great AND works great! Call Stefan if you need roofing, period.

He checked my roof out, told me what was wrong, why it happened, and how much. Then he went up and fixed my leak! I'd absolutely recommend him. He even told me how much it would cost to reroof my house when the time comes. Most importantly, it's been raining, and I no longer have a leak!

I had a bunch of storm damage in the summer, starting looking for a roofer.  I got 4 quotes ranging from 6-14k. (One was 6k, the others were 10-14k).  I didn't have a good vibe about the response time and the lack of communication. I actually wanted to talk to the roofer, not to an office assistant. So I looked on Angie's and saw this guy, checked out his website, and I liked his matter of fact approach and straight talk.  So i called and actually Stefan Mach answered the phone. Wow, I am talking to the roofer!! sweet.  So we talked about all the details, what costs a lot, what is the right way to do a roof, etc.  Man, I like this guy.  Then he gave me a quote that was around 9k, and I asked for the skylights and roof fans, which were about $800 his cost, he said he would buy and install them for $1000. Plus he upgraded the drip edge and some other details to prevent leakage and improve the longevity of the roof. Did the whole job in 1 day, plus a stellar cleanup. It was a pleasure having a regular guy who knows his business, and gives a great deal and great service.

The job was done well.  I will figure out if the caulking solved the leaking problem.  Stefan allowed me to purchase my own bundle of shingles so I would have them on hand for a future repair if needed and gave me a material discount.  He took time to explain why I had a leak and how the shingles were installed.  He glued and nailed the shingles so they will not be blown off.  He suggested that based on the type of shingles I had which is no longer available. I will definitely recommend him if anyone needs a roofer.  Thank you Stefan!

Stefan came out one day after calling in my problem and had the job fixed in no time. He was prompt, efficient, and did impeccable work. Just an honest business leader who enjoys his work and gives you a fair deal.

He came and did the work right away.  He explained to me what was wrong and what was not done correctly initially by the roofer and the person who came to fix it the previous time.  I was surprised that the guy had a college degree.  He explained to me things very clearly with the help of his iPod and we got a quote for a new roof for the next spring and he emailed it to me.  The guy was very professional.
