 + -1 moreWas able to schedule service promptly. Called me in advance to advise me that traffic might delay him by 30 minutes! Started work promptly. Explained the tuning options for my old and rarely tuned piano. Did a great job.

 + -1 moreMatt tuned the piano for a fixed price (even though it was way out of key), fixed broken keys (at no charge), and prepared an estimate for repair of a broken hammer. He went above and beyond what I expected.
