At Frederick Air, our mission is simply to provide the residents and businesses of Frederick, Upper Montgomery, and Washington County with the highest quality service, maintenance, and installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment, while maintaining a family friendly work environment for the company’s employees; and do it so well that it is profitable. Our vision is to establish ourselves in the Frederick area as a solid business tradition, to be one of the few organizations that from one generation to another make Frederick an even better place to live and work. Frederick Air’s goal is to achieve name recognition through its association with the Bryant product name as well as establishing a reputation of providing the ultimate in air quality and comfort control for businesses and residences within the company’s service area. Our Home Performance Division performs Home Energy Audits to make sure your home is tight and efficient. With the ever-increasing environmental concerns that create a demand for clean air, the vision includes providing clean air solutions to the many health problems associated with the every day breathing of indoor air. Frederick Air hopes to enable individuals to feel safe and comfortable in their homes and businesses with the services and products it is known to provide. I don't have any experience with their pricing. They come every six months. They are always very careful to explain what they do to me.

We have a service contract that we pay separately, so there was no charge. This technician was an expert on Lennox which is what we have, even though they sell Bryant systems. I felt that he was especially knowledgeable about my particular system which was very nice.
I can't think of any improvements.
They have been fine. They are responsive. They come when they say they are going to come. They call you ahead of time to tell you they are on their way. They email you a picture of the person that's coming. They are really good.
I liked how attentive the technician was to my concerns and how hard he worked to help find me a solution, and to recommend where to go now that the air conditioner is not the problem. He didn't treat me like it was ridiculous or anything.
We got an annual maintenance contract at a discount at a charity silent auction so I don't know what their standard cost was. It was not a deal that they offered to anybody else. They were good, courteous, on time and professional. We didn't really pay their sticker price or anything like that. Just one person came out. They were here about 45 minutes. They got it done on time, it didn't take a lot of time, and the system still works. The area was clean after they got done.

Frederick Air installed my new heat pump unit on one of the hottest days of the year so far. Michael and Eric did a great job, very professional. I am very pleased with the service and the price of the installation, everything was delivered and installed as promised.
