Work was completed in less time than expected and done so professionally. Franz was recommended by a neighbor and was punctual and did what he said they would do. I’ve known Franz for a few years. I was introduced by my neighbor, whom he works with , as well. Throughout the times he’s done work for me its always went very well. Not only does he do great work, he’s, also a good person. He really takes his work, seriously, and prices out the job, fairly.

Franz personally came out and gave me a quote on a moment's notice. His price was extremely reasonable for the work being done. He quoted me on Friday and started the project on Monday. He and his crew were extremely personable, respectful and professional. The quality of the work was outstanding. He made sure update or prices before doing anything extra and was very responsive to communication. I will be using F and C Home Improvement again for my next home improvement project very soon!

I have used them for quite a few projects in my rental home. He has always done a good job. He is a very honest and ethical man. Quality is definitely an important quality for them. Pricing is very competitive to others in the area. They have always been able to beat the other proposals I have received.
