Jason arrived on time and he suggested where the outlet could go near my electrical panel is such a way that there would be no wiring showing. He took about 20 minutes to install the outlet to a new 20 amp breaker and to prepare the paperwork. He cleaned up the dry wall and excess wiring in the work area well.  He was professional at all times.

Jason showed up early for the appointment, which was fine with us.  He was very nice and explained everything he was going to do before starting the job.  He warned us of the potential of drywall damage but said he would do his best to minimize the need.  He completed the job with minimal mess and no need for someone to some out to fix any drywall.  He even showed us the difference between our lights and an LED light.  We were very happy with Ercole and will use them again.

I called Ercole requesting service on several fixtures and outlets that were not working. The gentleman who answered the phone was extremely professional and very helpful. Instead of just scheduling the work he took the time to ask me specifically what issues I was having. After I explained the issues he actually walked me through several things to see if I had tried them to remedy the problem, which I had. He then explained how the outside outlets would need to be GFI outlets and asked where my breaker box was. After I told him it was in the garage he told me to go to the garage and there should be a GFI outlet on the wall that was tripped and needed to be reset. He was absolutely correct and everything worked again. This professionalism and customer care is almost unheard of these days. Instead of coming out and charging me a hefty service fee for a quick fix he simply took an extra couple minutes on the phone to resolve the issue. Ercole Electric has earned my trust and I will be utilizing them for my future needs.

After having the fire department come to evaluate smoke in our garage, it was determined that the problem was electrical.  As it was 19 degrees outside that meant we had no heat until we could be sure the electric could be turned on.  Ercole came within about an hour of my call and determined that the power to the house was bad and the power company would have to fix.  After the power company came, the next day Ercole came back and repaired the arced wires and made sure our box was safe.  They charged only 1 service call which I appreciated.  I will definitely use them in the future.

I needed to have a outlet installed on my new deck as per Montgomery County code. The electrician showed up on time (actually a bit early, which was nice). He went over my options for placement and then got right to work. It was done in approximately 40 minutes. I would definitely use Ercole for any future electric needs.

Called and got voicemail, left message and was almost immediately called back. Told them what I needed done, was given the estimate and they put me on the schedule for 7am, Friday. To me it's a good sign when you're promptly called back and an exact dollar figure estimate is quoted.

Friday, at pretty much exactly 7 a.m. Jason showed up to do the install. He took off his shoes before coming in, was friendly and got right to work. He got both switches installed and working properly in under an hour. Z-Wave switches aren't as easy as regular switches as they require a neutral wire. I wasted a couple hours of my own time trying to do it, but clearly I should have called Ercole Electric right from the start. It's not even 8.a.m. and I'm already writing the review, so that says something.

The price was more than fair, and from here on out when I have electrical work to do I'll be giving them a call.

I called and got an appointment for the same day. Jason arrived and took his shoes off before walking on my carpet. He moved the outlet in less than an hour. He even cut a piece of wallboard to fill in the old hole for me. The job was well done and he left my wall looking perfect. Very professional and friendly. I will use them for all my electrical needs.

The electrician reviewed with us the difficulties with the installation. A hole in the drywall would have to be made where the installation was to take place with no guarantee that a fan hanger/brace could be installed and, if it was possible, a couple of additional holes would need to be made in the drywall to run the electrical line to complete the job.
We decide to and quot;gambleand quot; and go ahead with seeing if the job could be done. We and quot;lucked outand quot; and the brackets and fan were installed. Throughout, the electrician was most fair. He gave us options, prices, and possible difficulties. When we made a decision to go ahead. He worked hard to complete a quality job with minimum small drywall holes. The final price was very fair given the amount of work required to complete the job.

Called office was scheduled 2 days out. Electrician showed when promised. Completed work quickly. Did a great job. I highly reccomend this company.

It went very well. Jason and Bob were on time and they took off their shoes when they entered our home. They both worked diligently to reinstall my pool table lamp that had been repaired. They had a heck of a time threading the wires through the hanger but were patient and persisent until finally they were able to reinstall it. This was made more difficult because they had to work on top of my pool table without damaging it, because it was too heavy to move. The three way switch installation was much easier to complete; we now have a light switch for each entrance to our storage area. My only complaint was that they left some electriclal material lying around that I had to clean up, but it was a minor inconvienience.

It was very quick and a very reasonable price. I will call Ercole Electric with any future electrical issues I have.

He (Jason I think) was really nice, and explained what was going on with the non-functioning outlet. (Bigger problem for another day.) He moved the other outlet exactly where I needed it. He was very professional, didn't let my cats out by accident, and was quick. He also cleaned up after himself.

Jason was very professional and did an excellent job. There was a minor accident with one of the water pipes. Jason and Barbara from Ercole immediately resolved the problem and had a plumber repair the pipe. In addition, they paid for another company to repair the ceiling. Jason returned and did a beautiful job of completion. We are very pleased with the work done.
In spite of the accident in the ceiling, everything went smoothly, and we would definitely use Ercole Electric again.

Jason was truly outstanding. Not only did Jason show up earlier than I was told he would be able make it out that day, but got everything done within an hour. Well, everything he could get done, and the quote for the two GFI switches. Jason didn't try to upsell me. I will certainly use this company again, and will most definetly be requesting Jason.

l Terrance was very professional and a pleasure to be around. He worked hard and accomplished all of the installations flawlessly. He also corrected faulty wiring, that existed at the roughin that was installed by the builder. More than 100% satisfied with all of his work.

Ercole Electric was actually the electrical sub contractor for my new house so they've came out and done warranty service. They were responsive and I would recommend them highly. If I have any problem in the future I would call to see if could afford them.

Excellent! Repaired everything; installed fixtures; replaced faulty switches; ordered faulty dimmer for china cabinet. Electrician Sanchez was friendly, knowledgable, highly skilled, intelligent and effecient. Well groomed but no uniform. Who cares, when you have a professional of that high of a caliber working for and advising you. EXCELLENT!

I called Ercole electric to get an estimate for removing 2 globe style ceiling lights and installing 9 recessed lights in my finished basement ceiling. The receptionist listened to what I wanted to have done and recommended an electrician for the job. She said that Henry would be the best fit, she was right, he was a great fit! Henry called back about an hour later and I described the job to him on the phone so he could give me an estimate over the phone. I thought the price sounded fair and scheduled a time for him to come and install the lights. He was scheduled to show up at 8:00 in the morning and said that the work would take until about 1:00 pm. He called at 8:00 am exactly and said that he had to stop at the shop first but that he would be at my house in 30 minutes. He showed up about 25 minutes later and immediately began working. Since he gave me the original estimate over the phone he looked around to confirm that it was accurate. He said that the estimate was good and he could definitely complete the work for that price. I gave him the go-ahead and he started right away. Except for a manufacturer's flaw in one of the lights, everything went smoothly. Henry had one of the other guys from the shop bring out a replacement light while he kept working. By the time his coworker showed up Henry was done with the rest of the lights and the two of them worked together to finish installing the lights and switches. They did a great job of cleaning up after themselves and were courteous and professional the entire time they were in my home. Henry was a pleasure to work with. He did a great job of asking questions about placement of the lights and how I wanted them to function. Whenever he encountered a problem while working he consulted with me about what the best course of action was to take. He had several great ideas that I hadn't thought of and he was able to accomplish everything I asked for. I paid just over $1,200 to have all 9 lights installed. That is just over $133 per light which included the light fixture, bulb, wiring, dimmer switches, and labor. Sounds like a deal to me. My basement doesn't look like an 80s basement anymore. It is bright and clean! I am planning on having more recessed lights installed on the main floor of my home in the living room and kitchen. Henry gave me an estimate for that job after he finished working in the basement. I will definitely be calling him soon to do that work too. Henry is a highly competent and personable elctrician, requesting him for your next job is a great idea! My experience with Ercole Electric was smooth from beginning to end. There were no surprises on price or schedule and any problems that did arise were solved to my complete satisfaction. I will do business with them in the future and you should too.
