ENDLESS SUMMER RV'S

Repairs went fine. Took the unit in on agreed date.  Estimate received in reasonable time. Work done in prescribed time.  Bill in line with

 estimate.  Quality of work was excellent. This was one of three service experiences with Endless Summer and all three were very good.  They are not as well-staffed or as "suave" as their neighbors up the street at Beckleys, but they provide solid service and much better prices.

My one experience with Beckley's was replacing caulking around roof vents, AC, antennae, and shower skylight before parking for the winter. They cracked the skylight in a couple of places without fixing or telling me, so water leaked until I noticed it a month later on a winter check at the storage yard. I suppose I could have asked Beckley's to fix it and pay for damages, but it was a month later and they could have argued that it happened in the meantime.  The skylight was only a few years old and cracked in a couple of places so I don't think it was just age and stress. I think they were hasty and/or careless in removing the old caulk and used rookies without having an experienced technician check their work when done.  Nonetheless, I caulked the cracks and replaced a damaged interior lamp myself rather than deal further with Beckleys.  They were expensive enough that I wasn't going back to them anyway.
