We loved Connor's Pest Control before they were bought out by Ehrlich. When this happened, the quality of the services went downhill. We stopped having our regular exterminators, they serviced our property less frequently, bait boxes were not filled when they did come, appointments were missed, etc. We had a service contract with them which I have cancelled and have switched over to our lawn care company which takes care of pests as well. I am very happy to have left this company.

They have been 4 or 5 times, but not yet with the supervisor as promised. We are still seeing evidence of mice. I asked them to waive the payment for January. We paid $265 to start and $45 a month starting in January.They still charged us for January. They have caught about 5 mice, but there are more. We were told by the guy that sold me the plan that they would be killed in a few days and then it would just be checking and keeping more from coming in. I don't think it as easy as he said. The people that have come here have been very nice and seemed to check everything and reset traps, but we still have mice.

The place we moved into turned out to have a bit of a mouse and bug problem. Nothing severe, but it is in Baltimore city, so those things can happen. We had them inspect it before we moved in and then had a monthly contract with them. They put some traps out and did some spraying. After it gold cold, we started seeing mice in the house and some kind of roach like bug. We called them out to take care of it. We saw no change and didnt catch any of the critters. We put out a few traps outselves and caught a few after seeing one scurry across the floor. We then called them out again (because we were paying for it) and they did the same thing (spraying and putting out the same traps that didnt catch anything).
We basically came to the conclusion that taking care of it ourselves was more effective, and much much cheaper.

they are very thorough.I have cats and they are very mindful not to leave traps where the cats can get them. They have inspected for bed bugs and left gnat traps.
I originally contacted them in 2011 because i had a roach infestation at my previous residence and wanted to make sure i nipped it in the bud when i moved. After a couple of visits i never saw another roach even though a neighbor brought some with him a couple of years ago. They have share with me the product numbers of the chemicals they use so i can look them up on the EPA website.

I was concerned about the safety of any method, having four dogs. The Ehrlich team has a good method of killing the voles while ensuring the safety of my pets. They also have followed up to refill the bait traps. This company is reliable and its employees are friendly and professional.

They really explained the situation thoroughly and explained why it was important to do certain things. The only problem was they discussed a regular maintenance plan. I agreed to it but they never followed up or charged for me the maintenance plan.

I started using their services a couple of months ago and have since set them up as my ongoing exterminator for my house. I knew them from my parent's house. I pay them monthly. There are cheaper services out there but there are probably reasons why. They are not the cheapest or highest priced; they seemed to be priced just about right. I asked them a lot of questions and they were helpful. They were on time. They come out quarterly to do inspections.

I have used them in the past, but I have decided not to do that agreement with him for the new house because of his pricing. They just came out and sprayed and the bugs didn't come back after that. Their service was the same as any other exterminator. They did their job. I would not consider using them again unless they change their prices.

I have a long term service agreement with them. My interaction with them went very well. They are very responsive and come out the next day when I call them. They are on time when they say. They come back when we have any bugs. They even come back three times a week when we have problems for no extra charge.

Ehrlich sends the same person every time so they get to know you and your house. The people they send always have so much knowledge. Every time we've had an ant flare up they are here right away and have gotten rid of them every time.

At first I was skeptical of the success of the work, however now I am convinced as I have no pest problem whatsoever. The service is well worth the money. The men were clean cut and knowledgeable, giving me advice on how to prevent future problems and before they left, they also covered all possible entry points.

The technician was on time and friendly. However, we had to call back the company a week later to have them re-do the extermination process again. It appeared that the bumble bees had found another entrance to their hive because where the technician re-applied the dust was less than 5 feet away from where he originally treated the problem. Then a few weeks later, we noticed more bumble bees going into another hole, which was less than 3 feet away from the second application. When I called Ehrlich, the representative told me that I was no longer covered by the original agreement because I had contacted them a couple days after their 30-day guarantee. I told her that I wasn't convinced that the original bumble bee problem was solved, and she told me that she was going to need to talk to her supervisor. I never heard back from them again.

I HAVE SPOKEN WITH THE CUSTOMER (THOUGH ENTIRELY TOO LATE)TO APOLOGIZE AND ATTEMPT TO MEND THE RELATIONSHIP, BUT I UNDERSTAND HOW THE CUSTOMER FEELS AND HER REASONS ARE JUST. THIS IS NOT HOW "AMERICA'S FINEST PEST CONTROL COMPANY" SHOULD HAVE RESPONDED TO THE SITUATION AND WE HOPE TO BE ABLE TO PROVE OURSELVES IN THE FUTURE AGAIN. AS FAR AS THE SITUATION WITH THE BEES, WHEN HIVES ARE LODGED UNDER THE SIDING OF A HOUSE, IT IS VERY TRICKY TO APPLY THE MATERIALS CORRECTLY IN ONE SHOT, SOMETIMES MULTIPLE APPLICATIONS ARE NECESSARY, BECAUSE BEE NESTING CAN BE IN MULTIPLE LAYERS. UNLESS YOU CAN PHYSICALLY SEE THE ENTIRE NEST AND HAVE COMPLETE AND TOTAL ACCESS, GAINING CONTROL ON THE FIRST ATTEMPT CAN BE TRICKY IN THAT SITUATION."
