These guys are awesome. I'm very picky on who I let work on my truck and have gone through a bunch of mechanics. My search stopped at east side. These guys are fast, honest, and are upfront with all repairs. For the service that you get, you can't beat the pricing. Take your vehicle to this shop. Awesome folks.

I was preparing for a long car trip and they checked out my car's readiness for that, as well as, replaced a headlight bulb.  They fit me in right away and gave me peace of mind for my trip.  These are local people that are well known and trusted in the community.  They were even able to refer me to another local shop for needed tires.  I highly recommend them.

Called in advance to talk with owner Shawn. He mentioned a few options that might be causing the problem and said best
to make an apt  for them to look at it for a price quote.  He was there waiting when I dropped off the car and he went over phone number to call me with repair cost and thought they could get it done same day.  He called later with detailed repairs and cost/labor/parts and said they could indeed fix it same day.  Called later to say car was ready and repairs were actually a little
less than original price and said please bring the Angies List coupon and reminded me of close time for pick up. Paperwork
and car was ready at pick up. Job well done and we will continue to use for future repair work.

Great. I have Ben using East Side Auto for more than 10 years. Honest service at a fair price. My only complaint would be that some of the mechanics smoke and occasionally the smell is still lingering when I pick my car up.

Went well, timely service and professional.  This garage seems very honest and upfront at all times.  Tire roation seemed pricey at $16 but perhaps balancing was in order.  A price of $10-$20 appears to be the average going rate in online forums.

I called ahead.  Left the car.  They called me at 9:00, told me what the problem was, how they figured it out, and how much it cost and why.  I approved the work, and they called me at 4:50pm that afternoon to tell me it was finished.

Had them inspect and service a used car I had just purchased. I knew nothing about the car they were completely honest with their service.

They were honest and professional in all respects.  Great garage.

Wade called me to say that the problem was a faulty fan motor they installed last year.  He said the repair to put in a new one was free because it was their fault.
This is typical of Eastside.   Two months ago they repaired a corroded battery connection on this car for free.  In the past, I have had them postpone brake pad work because "there is another 40% more pad.  Bring it back in a few months."
Eastside Auto is honest.  First auto repair shop I feel I can trust in 30 years!!!!   Sean and Wade run a great business.

I have been using East Side Auto for a few years now and I have been pretty happy with them. Scheduling can sometimes be a bit tough because they are often very busy, but they always find a way to get my car in within a reasonable timeframe. In this instance, they had my car in within a few days of my phone call and they replaced my Accord's rotors, brake pads, rotated the tires, and looked into a suspected electrical problem. I dropped the car off in the morning and it was ready by 4pm. These guys always do quality work and, just as importantly, they are trustworthy. I will definitely continue to use them. 

We have gone to them for a variety of things and sometimes they haven't charged us so we like them. A couple of brothers or good friends run the company and they really enjoy what they are doing and like to help people. They are honest. We had bought a 1 1/2 year old car from a Toyota dealer and they checked it over for us and gave us a grocery list of repairs that the car needed. We had our doubts so we took it to East Side and gave them the list and asked what they thought. They said that some of the things were duplicates with just different names and that we were being charged twice for them. They also said some things shouldn't have been wearing out and should have been covered by a warranty. They said that we should contact the manufacturer for some of it. They said they would take a look at it and confirm or deny but some of the stuff they wouldn't cover. The car is running fine without all of those repairs being done. They are so nice. They have always had our cars ready when they said they would be. They are very professional.
