DORMAN BUILDERS INC

This was the easiest construction project we've done on our house. From the first meeting, the proposal and the project completion, it was handled very professionally. The subcontractors were excellent. The choices were varied but recommendations were very good. The work was done on time and on budget. We are extremely pleased with the outcome, it's a beautiful bathroom and everything is easy to use and keep up.

We love it!  The work was wonderful. They did a tremendous job and we could not be happier.  They arrived on time.  The workers were great people and did a good job.  They responded to issues promptly and we had no issues.

Dorman Builders has been extremely professional - from the estimate to the contract to the actual performance of the work. The contract is thorough, and the workers on-site refer to the contract for scope of work and budget.The roof work started on 7/12 and was completed 11 days later. Since I had no experience replacing this type of roof, I did not know what to expect and how much the weather would impact the project. They stuck to the homeowner's association requirements for materials and color. The crew on-site was courteous and respectful. They came back every day they could (weather permitting) until the job was finished and done right.The band board: After looking at the 3 different ways to get to the problem, we decided to cut through the floor of the main level of the home. Again, the crew on-site has been awesome. They explained everything to me as we went along. The damage was severe - the entire board was rotted out. They fixed it and made it even more secure and stronger than the original builder had done. In the process, they level out my sliding glass door. They cleaned up multiple times - everytime they started the saw they started the shopvac. They took numerous bags of trash (rotted wood pieces) out of my home. They answered all of my questions, and gave me some helpful hints on what I could do to replace the faulty screen doors, etc.
