 + 1 moreWe were introduced to Donald K Smith by our general contractor, and we continued to use him long after the gc had completed his work. Smith is primarily a painting company, but they had to provide plenty of other services along the way. These included lots of wallpaper removal and plaster repairs. They also caulked, repaired shutters, and other miscellaneous tasks that cropped up. Now we will be proud to re-open this inn. One passerby stopped just to tell us that it is "so nice to see the grand old house smiling again"
Description of Work: Painted entire interior and exterior of the Frederick Inn at Buckeystown. This 3-story bed and breakfast was originally a large mansion built in 1897.
