+ -1 moreI paid Doherty Enterprise, LLC (Victor Doherty) a large deposit to install a new HVAC unit in my home. He was to begin the work a few days later. He was specifically told the work had to be done on a certain day. He was told this repeatedly. It is now over two months later and he has constantly lied about the reasons why. I've asked for the return of my deposit and, of course, never received it. He has been totally deceitful. I've proceeded legally and notified Department of Labor's Division of Occupational and Professional Licensing - Maryland Home Improvement Commission. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

+ -1 moreTechnician sent through Choice Home Warranty. He ran the spin cycle without anything in the washer. Told me he had the same washer and his did the same thing. Did no other testing. The issue continued for several more weeks. We called the company and no response. I called Choice Home Warranty and the sent another company. They came right out diagnosed the problem, ordered parts and fixed the washer.
Description of Work: Washer Drum out of balance causing washer to shake and stop.
