They were great, very efficient, very prompt, very professional. They were great.

The technician was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. He called as he was heading our way, and his call came within 2 hours of our placing a call to the company and talking to the owner about our problem. We had a power surge from an electrical storm and half our house was affected. We couldn't solve the problem by flipping the fuses. The technician fixed things for us, and we are quite please. We will happily use this company again.

It was good, they do high quality work.

I called on Thursday and was promptly given an appointment on Friday. The technician actually finished his first job early and they called to see if they could move me up in the schedule. They were on time, no nonsense, polite and friendly.

I originally called Dixie to service my old legacy emergency generator. I was impressed by their service technician/electrician, Dave, who was both knowledgeable and provided useful advice on my house wiring. At no time did he try to sell me anything or encourage me to buy new services or products that I was not interested in. He was thorough, professional, and patiently answered all my questions.



Later, when I decided to upgrade my emergency generator and do some related re-wiring, I called Dixie and accepted their bid. It took a fairly long time to get appointments set to get the work completed. Dave did most of the work, but another electrician also did some of the final wiring. The quality of the work by both electricians was extremely good and they were able to re-work a few areas in my house wiring that were not what they should of been. The final appearance and placement of the generator and the appearance of the visible wiring exceeded expectations. While onsite, the Dixie electricians worked hard. The solution they delivered for some of the other wiring issues I requested to be performed worked out very well. Everything works perfectly.



Although I would have liked the system to have been installed sooner, I was extremely happy with the final result. I have complete confidence in Dave's work and my discussions with the Dixie office staff, senior management, and other technicians were always professional and productive. There were no surprises between what I was promised verbally and in writing and what Dixie delivered. I would not hesitate to recommend them to neighbors, especially for projects like mine.
