It was a fairly difficult job and it wasn’t just pop and they were done. There was more to it than that. That house is about 3 story’s high. Everything was fine. I would rate them consistently and they were within the right ballpark pricewise compared to other companies that I got estimates from. They got the work done in a timely fashion and they cleaned up after themselves. Of the bunch, they were the best price. I have used them for several years and I have been very satisfied.

The project went smoothly and would have finished on time (it was one day over) except we wanted the shower curtain rod screwed to the tile walls of the shower (we didn't want a tension rod).  The tile we bought was difficult to drill (the workman assigned the task broke several drill bits in the process of trying to drill through the tile), so the contractor had to buy some diamond drill bits and come back the next day to finish the job.  The contractor said the tile we selected was the hardest, thickest tile he'd ever seen.
There were some modifications to the bid we accepted: 1) the walls of the old shower were made of cement block - not framed wall  (which was not obvious at the time the bid was submitted) which took much longer to remove than expected - we were charged for the additional time required; 2) after the bid was submitted we decided to tile an additional 3' section of wall adjacent to the shower - we were charged for the additional time required; but 3) we were not charged for the extra time required to install the shower rod or for the diamond drill bits the contractor had to buy.
One thing we really appreciated about our contractor was a relative worked for a tile distributor, so the contractor said we could buy the tile we wanted directly from our relative instead of having him do it which saved us about 60% on the retail price of the tile.
All in all, a beautifully done job.
