1/1/21 new years day I woke up and had my septic backing up in my house I got on the phone calling around to see who could come out today the only people who even answered the phone was Frederick septic company when they answered I told them what was going on and he asked if I was capable of getting my septic lids open I said yes he gave me his personal cellphone number and told me to call him back when I have it open and when I called back he walked me through how to get my septic open and drain it out of the house never once tried to sell me a service I didn't need I will forever be using Frederick septic co

Daryl pulled the records with the county health department, located and found the tank and distribution box, performed a hydraulic load test, pumped the tank and provided a final report which was very professional.
You get what you pay for with these and you can not go wrong with Daryl.  Be very careful hiring some of the other folks doing these
inspections without checking with State and County officials regardless of how good their reviews seem to be.

Daryl came out.   I felt he did a great job, and felt comfortable with his assessment.  I was told I would have the report and a map showing where the septic field was and more information about the system in a few days, and payment was due when I received it.  Nothing for weeks.  Then, I got an invoice, but no report.  I called and spoke to Terri.  She said they moved and she could find no records of my address or having come out for an inspection, but she would keep looking.  I also e-mailed several times.  Finally 7 months and 10 days later I got the report, but no map.  I asked Terri to please send it so I could send payment.  She informed me that she would not be sending it and was taking me to collections.  All I ask is that they complete the work as promised in order to get paid.  Insane that this has been going on for so long!
Hopefully I will get it eventually and can update this review.  Daryl seemed like a nice professional guy.  Just wish they followed up and completed the job.
