The power switch for my 3 year old desktop computer worked only intermittently and needed replacing.  Also, I recently purchased an external 1 terabyte USB 3.0 hard drive + interface (for system backups) from an on-line retailer (suggested by the people at CWP who I've dealt with before). After installation, the built-in installation program (for the hard drive and interface) failed.  I was unable to find the needed drivers on-line so I could install them manually; so, I was left with a non-functional external hard drive.  Finally, the quality of the sound from my desktop had been gradually deteriorating to the point it was unacceptable.  So, I asked CWP to see if I needed a new sound card and  to replace it if needed.
My computer was ready to pick up the next afternoon, and I was both surprised and delighted when the bill was $37.50 for replacing the power switch and getting my external hard drive working.  With regard to the sound a card, I was told that when the guys at CDW attached their powered speakers to my computer, everything worked properly.  They said I should go home and check my cables and powered speakers.  When I expressed my surprise at the more than reasonable bill, they said it only took a half-and hour to do the job, so they only charged me for a half hour with no charge for the power switch as they had an extra on-hand.
I will definitely go back CWP for any work I need done on my computers in the future. The only reason I didn't give them A's across the board is the people there, while extremely friendly, knowledgeable, competent, prompt, and appropriately "geeky", are a little "laid back" which might make some people wonder.
