CUSTOM GARAGE SOLUTIONS

On 2/27/07, upon signing the contract with Custom Garage Solutions (A Division of GRT Restoration Company),I paid $6230 by check. The work continued for about five days. Two weeks later, we checked the garage floor to see if it had cured and noticed that the perimeter of the garage was tacky. The next week, our salesperson stopped by and observed the same thing. She told us that we weren't the only ones who had experienced tackiness on our floor and that we would need an additional layer of top coat to force the floor to cure. After speaking with her husband on the phone, however, her plan of action changed and she suggested that we wait a little longer for the temperatures to rise. Five weeks later, after continuous calls, the husband came to our house and experimented with our floor for an hour before finally using a "special" top coat. Within a day the floor had cured and I called the company to make my final payment. I was informed that I now owed an additional $900. WOW!
