What great service!  I found this company using Angie's list and called last week to see if we could get on the calendar as quickly as possible - our plumber suggested that we really needed this done.  Kenny promptly returned my call and set up an appointment for less than a week later - a holiday week at that.  He and Doug arrived on time and were very courteous, friendly and professional.  They quickly located the tank and got started with getting the lid dug up.  They were so accurate in gauging where the lid would be that they barely had to dig any turf up.  I appreciated that they did not drive the receiver truck across the lawn at all - their hose is able to extend a very long ways and their pump is powerful enough to get the job done from that distance, even for compacted contents.  They were done locating, setting up, pumping, installation of the new riser and backfilling around the riser in less than 45 minutes.  They took great care to make sure the riser would be flush with the surrounding lawn, even after the dirt settled, so that the mower could travel right over it. 

The cost for all of this was very reasonable and we will certainly be using them again.

Kenny arrived on time. After I showed him where the pump-out opening is, he poked a few places to find back edge of tank. Then he drove a red backhoe-digger vehicle to the site, used it to dig a hole about 2' square, used the digger machine to lift out square cement lid. He looked into the tank, said the water was flowing out, didn't seem to be any blockage. He put in a plastic piece, repalced cover, refilled hole, cleaned up digging area.

Kenny is an amazing contractor and a great guy.  Incredibly his cost to pump the septic tank was even lower than many of the other companies I got quotes from ....... and he was by far the most helpful, nicest and most knowledgeable of  the bunch. Do yourself a favor, choose Countywide Septic of Frederick, you won't regret it.  
FYI:  No actual pumping or digging was done (yet). The only services provided were probing to locate the tank and expert advice on solving my septic/sewer problem, however this advice and the locating of the tank were invaluable to me because I now know what the problem is and how to solve it.  Kenny refused to accept any payment for his advice and for locating the tank.

At first we thought we could find the access ourselves, but we were wrong. We call Kenny on his cell phone Sunday afternoon and asked if he could do the digging as well as the pumping, and he said that would be no problem. It only cost an additional $20 dollars! He arrived earlier than his forecast, which is a lot better than arriving late. He returned the soil to the hole after he was done with the tank, and the footprint on our lawn is smaller than I expected. Overall great job!

Kenny was awesome!!!! He offered the best price and wasn't going to charge extra to use the locator beacon that you flush if he needed to. Others were going to charge up to $100 to do that. His fee to find and uncover the main hatch was set. No hidden surprises. He explained everything that he was doing and why, even gave me a class on the leach field, location and purpose. And advice on where would be a good place to locate an in ground pool. I would definitely recommend to anyone and everyone to use his service for all their septic needs.

The workers from Countywide Septic of Frederick didn't have everything they needed for the repair.

We just moved to Knoxville,MD and needed our septic pumped out. I called several companies only to be told they dont come out to our area. When I contacted Countrywide, he said they could come out the same day. They were friendly and courteous. I cannot say enough how much I appreciated the way they completed the job. He explained how often it needed to be pumped and what to look for if anything was wrong. These guys are in our service book for life. We will definitely use them again and have already recommended them to people we meet here. The price was excellent as well. Very professional and knowledgeable.

Kenny is the only company I would use in the future. One day I noticed my neighbor getting his septic pumped and it occurred it might be time to do the same. I also noticed the company pumping next door despite having an A rating on Angies ... was pumping through the observation port instead of uncovering the manhole and pumping both sides of the tank properly. Needless to say ? I did not call them but I did call around and got many quotes. Most charged ridiculous amounts to dig to the manhole. I knew I was going to do my own digging but for a few of my neighbors that was not an option. Kenny graciously dug them out at a very low rate and gave us all a group rate for pumping. As it was the first time for me, I had lots of questions. Kenny patiently answered them all and gave me advice on how to keep my system running smoothly. I felt he gave outstanding service and put myself on a regular rotation for future service.
