CONCRETE JUNGLE INC

We knew Kelly Carr did nice work--we had seen his work before. He came out and gave us an estimate and we later agreed on the job and gave him a 50% deposit. We were installing new counter tops in our kitchen. We took our sink that we had purchased to him at his shop so he could use it's exact dimensions for his molds. All along the process, we used email to communicate. He was slow to get back to us at times, but eventually did. We waited a bit long for him to finally get the counter tops here, including one day we waited all day around the house for his arrival and he never showed or called to say he wasn't coming. Finally he came one Saturday. He even installed the sink, which wasn't part of his requirement, but later we realized he probably wanted to make sure the sink would cover up some flaws he had made. When we pointed out the flaws, he admitted he had misread the template for the sink and would have to re-do the entire counter tops....and that was the last we ever heard from him. We emailed repeatedly, and sent him a registered letter to no avail. We are now having to pursue legal action against him. He knowingly installed a flawed product and has just "disappeared".
