OK but I felt I didn't need a new drive and could have solved the motherboard problem with the money I spent on the new drive.

I started using them since they are only two blocks away from me. They come to my place which is a huge plus. They are reliable and professional. They are computer geeks and give me good answers for any questions I have without beating around the bush. If they cannot figure out anything they would take it as a challenge and try and fix it. Their pricing is pretty competitive. I would use them again in the future.
