It didn't cost me anything. They cut my cable and they weren't going to do anything about it until the following week. It wasn't only that they cut my TV, they cut my internet access, which I'm dependent on for my job. Before this one experience, they've been a very good company. Overall, they've been a good company for us. It was just this one experience.

Good BUT somewhere in the process my HBO 12 month promotion got lost and my cost for HBO went from $6 to $15. So bottom line, I'm saving $1 /month ! (Don't tell them, we have NO OPTIONS for internet and cable out here in the country)

Description of Work: Please note that the date above was made up, since I do not remember any single date. However, we have had multiple interactions with Comcast, all good. I cannot provide a detailed review of any single event because they occurred in the past. What I can say is that, in all of our interactions, Comcast has responded promptly and solved the problem quickly. The personnel on the phone are routinely helpful, professional, and effective.

We go back and forth between having and not having cable. We're happy with netflix for most of our tv watching but it is occasionally nice to have broadcast channels (we're not in an area where an antenna works). It is just so expensive and they are always offering different "deals" so your package can get changed without noticed. We were supposed to get 100 or so channels but a couple weeks in they reduced us to only 20 or so.
Description of Work: The provider hooked up the box for cable. The provider was fine, it is the company that I don't like. He had the incorrect box (not his fault) so he had to come back with the correct box.
