The proposal was clear and indicated exactly what and how the work was going to be performed. It took 1 week from start to finish and throughout the execution of the project, I was kept informed of their progress. More important than everything, I already can tell that the repairs to my basement were successful. We have had 2 main rain events since they finished the work and the basement is dry.
