They did a very good job on the roof itself, but there were some finishing touches they didn't do properly. There were some metal pieces under the eaves that had come off and they were supposed to replace them and they replaced one of them but not the other. So we have one yellow piece and one white piece, and it's been almost two weeks and they have not yet come out to replace them. They also did not put the gutters on properly in the front and we have heard nothing from them. My husband paid them the full amount in good faith that they will come out and finish the work; they told us that they would contact us and give us a time when they would come and finish the work, but we have not heard from them yet.
