Rory and his team are great! During the treatment, Rory was always on site. He either worked with his fellows or answered questions I had. The team came on schedule, worked with good workmanship and cleaned everything up when job was finished. I will absolutely contact Rory when annual inspection comes!

Extremely quick response. Rory came out to see the problem same day on a Friday. He explained the issue very well and was very genuine and honest. They then returned to treat it on Monday. Very happy with the quick turnaround and treatment of our issue.

I am confident that the termites will be exterminated, but the proof is not known for a couple of weeks. Bug Boys said that they would come back for up to a year, if I see a recurance of termites.

Rory seems to know his stuff. Watched his videos showing how they do the application of the chemical and was impressed. Since i've used the product that he recommends (Termador HE) before with great success, I would highly recommend.

Very professional and after talking with Rory I knew that he would make sure that my house was taken care as if it was his own. He was present with his crew and they were all very courteous and I was very pleased with their work. Termites are not something to mess around with and I am glad I went with Rory and his company . I feel really Blessed to have the opportunity to see someone care that much about their work. He explained everything in full detail and stayed with the crew the majority of the day and left once he saw that everything was done correctly. The crew finished up and put everything back like it was. I was asked to walk around and check everything out before they left. Very pleased with my decision to pick them for my pest needs.

Rory and the team did an excellent job. When he came to give an estimate, he clearly described what he will do, and how much chemicals he will use and where. He patiently answered my questions and concerns. When he said that he will treat my house as if it is his own, i did not believe him because all contractors say the same thing. However, when he performed the service, he and the team were extremely careful. I was expecting a huge mess after they leave but they clean all the mess and leave everything the way they were before. All the other companies told me to find somebody to remove the very heavy stones in our patio before treatment, which would have been an additional cost of couple hundred dollars but Rory remove them for no additional cost and spent an hour to put them back evenly. I was next to him during the whole treatment, he patiently answered all my questions in detail. Between the estimate and the service, he answered all my phone calls and gave me detailed responses over the phone. Also he showed up right on time for the estimate and the service visits. His pricing was similar to other companies but the quality of his service was very high. Although i know that with termites nothing is guaranteed, i have a very high confidence with the treatment and peace of mind. I highly recommend these people and i will use them for all my houses going forward. You wont be disappointed with this company as they will provide a high quality service and deliver what they promise.
