About us
Blue Horizon Construction, LLC began business in 2023, but our team has been building and managing construction projects for the past two decades. Based in Frederick, Maryland, we serve the western suburbs of Baltimore and Washington, DC as well as all of central Maryland. We specialize in both outdoor construction including swimming pools, decks, pergolas, and patios. We are a fully licensed contractor so can install new pools and we build both concrete and fiberglass pools. If experience has taught us anything, it’s that quality work, exceptional service, and consistent communication are the secrets to successful projects and long-lasting relationships with our clients.
