John Cyr was phenomenal to work with. He never tired of our endless questions and many requests for tile samples. He sent samples to the store closest to us so we had an easy pick up; the tiles were placed in our car so we could look at them and decide what we wanted. The selection was wonderful, with John Cyr keeping in touch all through the process. He had great suggestions, demonstrated a thorough knowledge of the product line and clarified terms and words so easily and accurately. We had been to many tile stores and there were no stores as friendly and helpful as Best Tile and John Cyr. We would be happy to work with this company again when we redo our laundry room! Very pleased.
