B $ R was great. From beginning to end they understood my project and needs. They came and visited me before undertaking the project. The head of the project Carl really understood the issues and most importantly worked out a great solution. I had purchased some property from an adjacent landowner that was sort of complicated. Without Carl I am not sure how I would have accomplished what I wanted. Additionally, Carl helped me in areas that were over and above engineering and surveying for example meeting me and the seller at a McDonald's to help the get the plat signed. Carl told me during one telephone conversation we had that he would make himself available even during the holidays and when he had several other projects going to help me get this done and he meant it. Additionally I am aware of their other projects which make mine really small potatoes but I was never told that I had to wait nor was I ever treated as though a small job was not important.; Bottom line; this is a good company, honest, they follow through and they know their stuff i am happy to answer specific questions if needed
