I have used them for years and they are very responsive.

I have no complaints with them. The last service cost $141 because it was time to replace the filter on the furnace. They've been able to get our heating and cooling to last a lot longer than the life probably. Our A/C unit was 22 years old before we had to replace it. Our furnace right now, is going on 24 years old. So, they've been able to extend the life of our HVAC systems. They didn't really do anything over the top that really got my attention. Scheduling their service is easy. We've had good experience with them. They've done additional things. We had a humidifier put on the furnace. We had a different type of furnace filter put on. So, I would recommend them.

We have been using B&B as our heating and A/C contractor for the last 13 years. Our first experience was in 2002 during a snow storm when we lost our heat with 6 month old triplets in a cold house. We called B&B and despite the snow storm,  B&B technicians were at our house and had our furnace repaired in just a matter of hours. It's that superior level of customer service that has kept us loyal customers ever since. We almost always get same day service whether it's our furnace or A/C which needs service. The most recent examples were this past December 2015 when our furnace stopped working and B&B was there the same day and fixed it, and today, 23 Jan 2016, when we woke up with 24 inches of snow on the ground and a blizzard outside, to find our furnace had stopped working. We were amazed that the B&B office was even open given it was Saturday, and that Maryland was in a State  of Emergency with roads impassible, but a pleasant scheduler was there to take our information about our broken furnace. We knew a technician could not get to us the day we called due to the blizzard conditions, and likely not the next day, so we were expecting no further contact from B&B until the beginning of the work week at the earliest. However, within an hour of making the call to the B&B Frederick office, one of their technicians called us back, and asked if he could help troubleshoot the problem with our furnace over the phone. He
walked me through some troubleshooting steps and in about 15 minutes we had the furnace running again, demonstrating once again the great customer service we always get from B&B Air Conditioning & Heating Service, Co.

For heating and air conditioning, right now I am using B & B Air Conditioning & Heating Service Incorporated. It took them about 25 minutes to an hour to do that for us. Because I have a contract with them they only charge me for the parts and not for the labor. The contract is 320 dollars for the year.

They showed up on time to give me an estimate for a complete HVAC system plus ductwork. As they left the main guy said my estimate would be ready the following week. But I never heard from Band B again. Waste of my time. They spent a good long while measure rooms in the house and looking all around. Then never even gave me an estimate. Guess they don't need the work. I've already hired another company.

I renewed my service contract for my heating and AC - with the FREDERICK, Maryland B&B - in 2015. They are always terrific with checking the systems & explain everything. The service is reliable and friendly. Their service staff are very knowledgeable.

I have had a service contract with B&B for at least 10 years now.  I was very happy until about a year ago, when it became apparent that there was no need for me to have a contract with them at that time, as my house was a construction zone, and the contractors were caring for the units.  When I asked about getting a partial refund I was told flatly not possible.  Okay, annoying but understandable.  Now that the construction is finished and want to start up a new contract, I asked if I could pay the contract in two payments and was told that no, the full contract needs to be paid up front.  This after ten years of loyalty and no consideration for the fact that i have always paid them on time.  The receptionist also has zero manners.

We have a contract with Band B, so they come by once in the spring and once in the fall to service our heating/air conditioning. They are very professional and punctual. And nice!

I am very happy with the service they provide.

Frustrating -- service techs said they fixed problem -- but exact same problem occurred two days later. circuit board getting wet in upstairs unit--rusty etc -- not creative in their response, too concerned about waranting their work.

sent master service tech out second time and together we talked throgh a solution - a band aid -- but enough to limp through the cooling season.

on previous service calls some techs good-- others more interested in impressing you with their knowledge.

We have a yearly contract with them to service our air conditioner and our heater. Because of this we get discounts on parts when things need to be replaced. This has come in handy a couple of times already. Our house is 12 years old and we have saved quite a bit of money thanks to the contract.

They are always nice and on time, which is a plus. We usually get the same guy every time and he knows us now, which is also nice. All in all I trust them.

They do it for summer and winter. We have to pay them an annual fee. We have been using them for close to three years. The receptionist is very kind and very understanding. The servicemen really know what they're doing. They have been doing it for a long time. They are also reasonably priced. If I have an emergency they would come out. I am very pleased with their service.

They were professional, on time, and pointed out several issues that were factors in the process. The bid return was timely, though a bit sketchy. They were the lowest bidder by far of the three we got, but we have yet to make a decision, as we're doing more research into brands and installers. They recommended a Bryant system, which doesn't appear to be one of the best ones from what I've been able to find, especially from a warranty and service point of view, so we're going to invite some more estimates for higher-regarded Amana, Maytag, and Whirlpool units to compare.

They are very good. The one thing I don't like is that they try to sell something every time they come here. They are punctual. They referred me to someone when they were not able to help me for which I feel that they deserve a star.
