 + 0 moreAppointment was made two days in advance for between 12-4pm. Had to take the day off work so I could be home. Called at 3pm the day of the appointment since I had not heard from the plumber to confirm appointment and was told plumber was on his way. By 4:30 he had not called or arrived so I called the office again and was told he was stuck in traffic and would be there within the hour. By 5:30, still no call and no plumber. Called again and was assured that traffic was bad and that he was on his way ... NEVER CALLED, NEVER ARRIVED
