Fantastic work. The Sales Manager, Tim, came out on time and spent awhile with me discussing options related to a leak I had in my in ground pool. He was very knowledgable and professional. He came up with a solution that would bypass my leak in the plumbing and allow us to keep running the pool until we decide to overhaul it. Two days later, Neil and another fellow (sorry, did not get his name), came out and made the changes to the plumbing. The work was done exactly as discussed and right on the budget number Tim had figured through. I would use this company again and would tecommend their services to anyone in the DC area.

From the very start we were impressed with owner Matt Jackson's attention to detail, quality, knowledge, creative ideas and recommendations. We had 3 other companies bid on the job before Matt came out and he was, by far, the best. 



This was a big job and it lasted several weeks.  Matt worked very closely with us and was very flexible in adjusting to our changes.  With a job of this size, we had a lot of decisions to make and Matt helped us by providing information and advice.  He and his crew were professional, friendly, hard working and thorough.  He contracted out the concrete work, but was here on site during the pour to ensure it was done correctly.

Ryan and Mike arrived on time and explained exactly what they were going to do. Told me that after about 30 min they would be able to review all routine maintenance on the pool They went above and beyond when the found that the pool was loosing water. Tried to isolate where the leak was and outlined potential worst case scenario. Suggested I contact previous owner to see who closed the pool to see if they had a warranty on their work and would be responsible for fixing potential leak. Ryan was absolutely great to work with and mike stayed on the job despite some personal family trauma that would have made most people check out!

Ryan was very thorough and punctual. He replaced the broken pipes and the heater part . On later examination when the spa heated intermittently Ryan took the time to come back several times until the on again off again actuator malfunctioned for him and replaced it. I was very satisfied with his work

replaced pool heater part under warranty repaired broken piping caused by other pool company also replaced intel chlorinator which was not properly clean by other pool company . after this was done the spa wouldnot heat properly all the time. Ryan took the time to come out several times until the bad actuator motor( which would work sometimes and other times not) was found and replaced. Ryan came when he said he would was punctual and very pleasant. He showed true concern for the problems we were having. I've been using Aquatic Solutions LLC for about 6 or 7 years. They're knowledgeable about my pool, the services and the chemicals that go in my pool. They're punctual, it's easy to get an appointment and if you have a problem they can send someone out very quickly.

Aquatic Solutions is very customer friendly and responsive, and we have been satisfied with their service and will continue to use them to service our pool. There have been one or two incidents when we were dissatisfied with an aspect of the service (e.g. They lowered water levels significantly when closing and sent the water into the street, resulting in a complaint from a neighbor), but upon receiving our concerns the manager, Tim, has always been very apologetic and understanding and has credited us for the inconvenience. He has also taken time to explain their practices to us when we have had questions, which was helpful since we are new to owning and maintaining a pool. it has also always been fairly easy to schedule with them, and they provide a narrow (i.e. two hours) window for arrival. They are an honest company, and I recommend them.

The price was good. The slides had a couple of spots in it and Aquatic Solutions replaced the slides.
