Very well run facility, very clean and an obvious concern for the animals in their charge. Would never hesitate to leave our babies there again.

Nicole did the grooming and it went very well. She listened to what I told her about the look I desired and also offered her opinion and we decided together on a cut. She is very sweet and does a great job on Tobi! I'v never been to a groomer where my dog actually can't wait to get out of the car and into the place!!

She's sick when I took her in but I wanted her to be comfortable and have some of her hair removed so they were very sweet and gentle with her. They did exactly what I asked them to do. It is clean, service is great and they have excellent groomers there. It's nice when you're boarding your animals there because you can go back unlike with other places they don't allow you to go back with the animals and don't allow you to bring your own bedding and things that gonna make your animal feel better but they allow you to do all of that. You can bring your own food but there is an extra charge for you. It's a place I would recommend to other people.They're kind and they really like animal in as well. They even built an out door play area for the animals.

We have used Animal Inn of Frederick for boarding and grooming for our dog for over a year. We, and our dog, could not be happier! Our dog is happy when we pull up at Animal Inn and happy and healthy when we pick her up. We have never had a problem. Reasonable rates, clean, and well kept. We have also had our dog's nails trimmed here and been very happy with that service as well. Highly recommended!

Excellent care of dogs, from what I've seen. Cats too, they have their own windows to look outside.
