 + -1 moreERIC WAS PROMPT AND EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE. HE WAS OFFERED SOME ADDITIONAL ADVICE ON RESOLVING OTHER PROBLEMS HE NOTICED WHILE PERFORMING THE REQUESTED WORK.
Description of Work: SPYWARE INFECTED COMPUTER. ERIC INSTALLED SPYWARE REMOVAL TOOLS, UPDATED THE DEFINITION TOOLS. HE THEN RAN THE TOOLS TO REMOVE THE SPYWARE AND ADWARE. HE TESTED THE SYSTEM AND ALL SYSTEMS WERE GOOD. UPDATED ANTIVIRUS PROGRAM AND RAN A FULL SYSTEM SCAN. 1 VIRUS FOUND AND REMOVED
