Pests eventually went away. Technician was polite but difficult to talk to.

They come over. Spray. That's pretty much it.

The owner arrived right at the scheduled time and quickly confirmed the problem was carpenter bees.  He had to use two different treatment methods to access the nesting locations (boring inside the wood).  He was highly knowledgeable as to the nature of carpenter bees and how to eradicate them.  We felt confident that the work performed will effectively kill off the females, who do the actual boring into the wood. We'd recommend him.

I last used them a couple weeks ago. I take a quarterly service so they come out quarterly. The owner comes out an does the work, he's very honest, professional and comes out quickly if there's a problem. I'm an old client of theirs so my rate is different from regular clients.

Everything went very smoothly. I enjoyed working with this family business- the wife made the appointment and the husband came out to do the work. They were friendly, helpful, and patient. This was just a week ago, but so far the results have been good.

He was very good. He seemed to be very knowledgable about the treatment and the safety of it. He came out once after the treatment to check on everything and is coming back to check again about a year from the treatment.

I would definitely recommend them. I get reminder cards in the mail and they always show up on time. I don't have any complaints and we no longer have any bugs. He also gave me some recommendations about trees that were close to our home.

He told me I didn't have a termite problem. He was running a little late and called me to let me know.

I started using him last year. I found him on Angie's List. He was a highly rated guy, not part of a large firm, and he seemed honest.

There was evidence of old termite activity but Able Termite verified that there was no new activity and nothing further needed to be done. I appreciated their honesty.

They are wonderful. It is a nice small family owned business. He comes and does a great job. He takes care of anything you need him to do. His prices are good. He is always on time and honest. It is easy to get a hold of him.

I found them to be very cooperative.  I can have the services on an on call basis. 

Was having problem with small brown ants. Also noticed little piles of sawdust on floor by one exterior wall. At first thought maybe termites but learned by looking on the web that it was likely carpenter ants as they are the ones who leave sawdust (as opposed to eating wood as termites are said to do.) Called Able Termite and Pest Control and set up a convenient appointment. Was given an estimate of $300. Exterminator came within the 2 hour time frame promised. He asked questions and decided that since I had only seen small brown ants and not the larger carpenter ants that the problem was likely just and quot;hyperactiveand quot; brown ants. He then sprayed along the portion of the inside of an exterior wall where sawdust and small brown ants were visible. After that he sprayed outside all around the foundation of the house.

It is now over a month later and the sawdust piles have not been seen nor have any ants. And, since the problem turned out to be small brown ants instead of carpenter ants, the price was dropped from $300 to $195. This honesty in pricing, coupled with the very professional and pleasant manner of the exterminator and the effectiveness of the treatment makes Able Termite and Pest Control an outstanding company. There is a 2 month guarantee on the spraying, but if the ants reappear after that time, I would call this company back without hesitation.

The exterminator treated the area of concern and fully checked the rest of the house too. Fabulous experience with this company in all aspects of service. We are very happy to have used them and will again if needed.
