A&S Sales Inc

We met with John, our sales person who was friendly enough but not really into it.  I know he was busy and had a lot of jobs going on, but if I'm putting that much money into a project, I want it to be a priority with the salesperson at the time.  The kitchen tear-out went fine.  The problems began when they installed the new countertops.  I was told they would be here first thing in the morning since our kitchen is very large and would take all day.  It was a 4 slab job, with a very large L, an island with cooktop cut-out, a butler's pantry, and a separate double island. The crew finally showed up around 3:00, after several calls to dispatch and no one knowing when they would be there.  They were tired as they had already installed 2 other kitchens that day! After seeing the job, they realized they needed another installer and our salesman actually came out to help them.  They installed our kitchen, asked for a check for the balance, which we gave them, and left.  After they were gone and we closely inspected the job, we found that they had made a fairly major mistake on the double island and instead of bringing it to our attention, they left it as it was. I called them to come out and fix it.  They came and looked at it and said they couldn't fix it because they didn't have any granite of that type left.  Eventually they figured out how to fix it and it's not perfect, but it's better.  We are pleased with the end product, but I would never use them again or recommend them because their sales and sales support is so poor.

MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY WAS VERY GOOD. I WAS PLEASED WITH MY SALESPERSON AND THE SELECTION IN THE SHOWROOM. THE SHOWROOM WAS SET UP TO SHOW SIX DIFFERENT KITCHENS TO GIVE THE CUSTOMERS EXCELLENT IDEAS TO SELECT THEIR KITCHENS.
