I hired this company more because they estimated the job time at five days than for the price. I supplied all of the new items to go into the bathroom along w/ paint for walls and ceilings. This is a small bathroom of approximately 20 square feet of floor space. The person that they sent to do the work was not the person who took the initial information and provided the estimate. I had to continue to explain the job to the workman and do a lot of management of his day-to-day work. The paint job was poorly done and several small shortcuts became evident after the work was done. On the last two days they worked 12 hour days and I still found leaks and gaps in the shower stall and around the pedestal sink upon inspection. I would not hire them again for anything other than very basic plumbing.

THEY STARTED OUT GREAT AND THEN HALFWAY THROUGH ABANDONED THE JOB, DUE TO LABOR PROBLEMS ON THEIR END. DIDN'T RETURN PHONE CALLS, HAD TO HAVE ANOTHER CONTRACTOR FINISH THE JOB AT DOUBLE THE COST.
