I was surprised to be to schedule battery replacement services -- a house call for as early as 6 am. I did have to call to remind them I was waiting. Showed Up 45 Minutes Late butnot inconvenience and finished up before 8:30 am. Even so, my overall opinion is very personable and professional. I would definitely recommend this company and I will personally bbe using them again.

We like them. They are very friendly. They are professional.

Although the mechanic Sean was great, he was the only good thing about the place. I had moved from Texas to Maryland in 2006 and was getting my car inspected for MAryland. The manager John was always sort of arrogant and short on the phone and in person. He didn't like to explain things and always made it appear that you were a pain to be asking even the obvious questions. But I liked Sean so I tolerated it. I went there for about 18 months because I like to be loyal to those who help me and I was looking for a new mechanic since I left Texas. As opposed to Sean who took me for a drive so we could listen to what the car would do and gave me his opinion about what to do on several occasions, John the manager, as well as the owner Earle were unprofessional, rude, and even lied about some work they did.

The last time I was there, I was getting my car passed for Maryland inspection. MAryland and Texas have the same qualifications for a passing window tint on a vehicle. Being new to Maryland, what John didn't tell me was that Maryland's policy was that although the service centers may fail you for an inspection based on the window tint, you may take your car to the MVA to get it passed or a waiver, and then bring that back to the mechanic after the MVA looks at the tint. John never explained this to me, and eventually took all of my window tint off. He claims he did, but he didn't, otherwise I would have gone there to save my window tint I had just installed a few years before leaving Texas. He was also rude about it on the phone when we discussed it. So then he leaves all of the tint in a pile in the back floor of the vehicle instead of the trash. He also scraped the glass real bad that is still visible on my passenger window.

Here is the kicker: When I brought the car back to show the owner, John totally denied even removing the tint saying and quot;we don't remove tint here!and quot; I stood there at the car looking at the scraped window and at Earle who was basically a good 'ol boy with no interest in my issue and just allowed John to lie right in front of him. I'm 45 years old and had never experienced a situation like this. It was like the Twilight Zone. John then insulted me saying that I was cheap and that was the reason my window regulators kept failing because I was using parts from Taiwan. The truth of that issue is that the parts he was replacing were warranty GM parts I had replaced 6 times! in 4 windows that continued to fail not only for my Pontiac Grand Prix but for a whole bunch of other Pontiacs. It is well documented. I finally started using Taiwan parts that cost $80 a part instead of GM's cost of over $200. The Taiwan parts have yet to fail since I put them in 5 years ago. I left ready to see them in court saying, and quot;I tried to handle this amicablyand quot;, but then decided it wasn't worth the hassle. These people were rude, arrogant, and flat out lied about what they did and the owner cared nothing about it. He was only concerned about losing money. They don't deserve your business! Run away from this place.

They were definitely a joy to use. My experience has been excellent. They have always given me a reasonable price on anything that I need. They are very responsive as well. In other words, if I take my car in, then they would always finish the work in the same day. All the fixes were great and I never had to go back for any problem. If something was wrong that they might have done it as it is always important for them to fix it. They are very honest about what they see as a problem. It is a good auto mechanical place. They always make sure not to do things, which don't need to be done. They are good.

I have been towed about 15 times in my life and this was not one of the best experiences. There was no overt mistreatment of me or anything but I feel the guy overcharged me. The driver seemed to be prejudiced against me for some reason (was it my Japanese car ? ....The fact that I did not want it towed to the dealer just down the road or his shop ...I don't know) but the driver seemed sullen (moody) and then he overcharged me on what I thought could have been a free tow. I feel he would have overcharged me by more money and did not ONLY because I had made a really good estimate of the mileage from the tow site to the shop I wanted to go to. I feel like if I had not made such a good mileage estimate he would have charged more. The way AAA does towing here my basic membership gets me towed for only 3 miles anything over that is at a prescribed rate per mile (I think its $2.00). I had just had another tow to the same shop 1 year earlier from a location nearby and it was free (and the total distance was probably 3 miles only since I was towed from an interstate highway and my car had to be towed to the next exit to exit and re-enter the roadway since broke down driving away from the shop). I know the cost was only $16.00 but would you want someone you don't trust to do anything for you?
After company response - I was not moody the guy towing me was. In fact I was very nice to the driver and even gave him a tip hoping to cheer him up. That does not change my review.
