So, we are still waiting to have the work done even though we have paid by credit card and the card has been charged. When finally we did get a response by phone and e-mail we were told that they were running behind and hopefully they would get to us within the week. That was two weeks ago. Granted it did rain all last week but we are going on three months now. We were also told that they could credit us the money back and they would get to it when they could and we could repay then. All in all, I am very unhappy with 4 outdoors.
