 + -1 moreEven though we did not get the house, I felt Mr. Victor Watson was very good at what he does. To me being a first time home buyer, you want to be able to make suggestion on what you want in a contract. Mr. Watson encouraged this and did not belittle you if you said something that is not customary. He was able to give helpful tips and suggestions as well according to the status of the market at that time. He was very good at explaining the contract clauses and a good listener. We lost the contract because of the seller's market we were in, but Mr. Watson did a great job of making a first time home buyer not feel like he was about to be duped.
Description of Work: My spouse and I wanted to make an offer for a house. We did all of the leg work looking for a house. However, we wanted a buyer's agent to present the offer for legal reasons. Victor Watson (licensed in DC and MD) was the Remax agent we dealt with. We did not get the contract on the house, but the level of service Mr. Watson gives is invaluable to a first time home buyer. It is obvious that he has helped a lot of families find a home, and he makes you feel at ease while giving helpful suggestions at the same time. He is a class act.
