Overall ok. I wish I could write two reviews. One for the in store staff and supplies the second for the service call. The store is fantastic and close to my home which makes it a great place to go get your water tested and pickup the supplies you need. The store staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. They will even help carry some of the heavier supplies out to your car. The store is top notch and I like allot. The service call folks... on average ok. They aren't sales men and aren't worried about what you think. I take responsibility for not catching it until after the fact but my return line runs through a water heater I should be able to run pool or SPA one at a time or both on the water heater... The way their man rigged it you can only run one at a time. I paid for four valves two for supply side and or two valves for the return side. The valves were not cheap Valves either, with the way it was put back together one valve is totally useless on the return side. I am now going to have to hire someone else to fix the mistake or attempt it myself. I should have caught it and complained at the time but by the time it really sunk in what the problem was I was starting the next season. I didn't really want the guy back to fix either. He did the suction side like it was supposed to be done but the return I don't know what he was thinking as you can see in the pictures. Maybe the store will get better service people in the future. If not at least the store has really good people running it.

I have dealt with Top Line for 6 years now. I do my own maintenance, but we rely on Top Line for opening and closing the pool, free weekly water testing, and for all of our pool chemical and equipment needs. They are always friendly, punctual, helpful, and ready to help. They're terrific.

We signed a contract with Topline Pools on 27 March 2012.  We asked them to replace our coping, tile, sand filter, pump, and finally to paint the pool.  The workers came to demolish the existing tile and coping and left it in a pile in our backyard, where it stayed for approximately three weeks.  We were told that the workers could only piecemeal the debris into the dumpster outside their retail store each day because they would get fined by the county.  I guess taking it all at once to the county dump was out of the question.  The pile was such an eyesore and I was so frustrated I started feeding some of the bricks into my own trash just to get rid of it.  This was not a good way to start off.
They then measured for the new coping, which turned out to be incorrect, and they needed several more pieces which they had to special order.  This pushed the completion date back several weeks (I was assured by the owner that it would be done before May)  When the coping did finally arrive and was installed, we noticed a large gap between the coping and cement pad; in some places up to three inches.  When we inquired about this large gap the workers stated that they were going to caulk between it and that it would look fine.  I later learned that they could have prevented this large gap by ordering the correct tile and probably paying a little more attention to detail when they measured.  As it turned out, the caulk job was not on the original estimate/contract and the company contacted us and stated that they would need to draw up another contract for the caulking.  We were not happy about this, especially since the large gaps due to their measuring mistake, would require several more tubes of caulking than a normal job (it required 36 tubes of caulking which was installed by another company).
Throughout the entire process we consistently had to call their office to ask whether or not the workers were going to show up and work on our pool.  It seemed that if we did not remind them,  they would forget about us and it would be weeks before anything would get done.  The entire process, from start to finish took approximately 7 weeks, and weather was not a factor.  Weather was not a factor.
A day after filling the pool, we noticed the new paint bubbling around the steps.  after the third day, the paint was completely pealing off the sides of the pool and large chips we beginning to appear in the polaris.  After about a week it was apparent the that paint was going to completely peel off over a matter of time.   We then decided to hold off on the final payment until they came out to look at the pool to let us know what was going wrong and to ask them questions about how to fix it.  When we told them this they were offended and refused to come and look at it until we paid.  For several days they would not return out calls and it took a trip into their office to negotiate with them to come out and diagnose what the problem was.
We did finally pay the final amount, but only when they agreed to come and repaint the pool, which they ultimately admitted was a result of their poor workmanship.  We both signed a new agreement on 26 June 2012.  It states that they will come and paint the pool either in July or August, depending on the weather.  The pool has been drained since approximately 14 july 2012 in order for them to repaint.  Since then they have claimed that the weather has not been good enough for them to do so.  I reminded them that we have had on several rain-free weeks?.and their normal response is that we are not their only customers.   Additionally,  they will not work on our pool either on Thursday or Friday as those two days are reserved to fulfill their routine maintenance contracts.  And, if you add Sunday to this, this essentially leaves Mon-Weds to get the work done and for the weather to be perfect on those days.  The odds are certainly not in our favor especially as Fall approaches.  Therefore, our pool is currently empty and we have no confidence that it will ever be repainted before next year.
Response from Top Line Pool Services Inc
"We acknowledge the frustration of a major pool renovation when there is a delay, unfortunately some things are out of our control, and there are discrepancies in Mr. Bartee's comments. We honored our commitment to the Member's home and the project was completed as stated in the contract, regretfully the Bartee's did not."

I got a break on the service agreement because I signed up in June as normally the price is 2100 dollars. They open and close for the seasons, provide chemicals and clean my pool weekly. They winterize my pool and blow all water out of line to prevent freezing and close the season by covering my pool. I like that their service includes everything I need done for my pool. They seem to do a good job for me.
