I thought things went well but he neglected to replace the system with all that he removed. They were paid through my insurance as he diagnosed that the compressor was struck by lightning and a new system was needed. He replaced the system but neglected to install a humidifier. two years later when the issue came up when another contractor came in, I telephoned him and I don't recall what his response was but I was awaiting a return call and that call never came. In addition, I've had so many problems with the unit although I've maintained it throughout the years.
