I cannot say enough about Mr. Browns professionalism when conducting business. My first business venture with Mr. Brown was in 2008 (approximately), when he installed shutters on my first floor windows. He was very detailed and very attentive to my home improvement needs, and had made several "no pressure" suggestions that I actually utilized. Not once did he attempt to pressure me into anything, and even suggested I take some time to think about it. I was blown away by his integrity, knowledge, and professionalism. He has worked on several homes owned by the rich and famous in the Washington D.C. Metropolitan area, but you wouldn't know it with his low price tag for high quality items. I had shopped around and Mr. Brown supplied me with "lifetime warranty," and shutters at 40% lower than his competitors. Also, his competitors don't provide the top of the line shutters, and only have a year or two warranty on their products. If you're thinking about getting shutters, blinds, shades, etc, you owe it to yourself to give him a call. My neighbor called the "next day guys" and got shutters installed on two windows. The price she paid was just about the same that I paid Mr. Brown to do my entire top floor and he used one of the top two shutter manufacturers (by the way, it was 6 windows). Oh yeah, I also broke something on my shutters and Mr, Brown came out to fix it for free. I was grateful and I am ready to call him again to see what he can do with my new patio sliding doors which have no blinds at this time. Like I said, if you're in the market for shutters, shades, blinds whatever, call Mr. Brown and see what he has to offer. He is a zero pressure businessman, and treats everyone like the rich and famous. You wont regret giving him a call, especially when you see how much you're saving!!
