Original job completed 22Jul17, very poor quality had to be redone. Final product completed 08Sep17; lots of no shows, no communication, supplies left on my lawn for weeks and killed large patches of my grass. Patio finally looks sturdy and nice however I am being advised by a prifessionsl architect that the pavers are too high and during a heavy rain water will seep under my French doors and flood my newly floored basement; time will tell.

Negotiated a price to replace my fence in June. I was told they had work scheduled and I was in no hurry, so they came back in September and replaced the fence. The two people who came to install were very thorough and very nice to deal with. They took the time they needed to do a good job, even though it was more time than they had anticipated initially. I'm very happy with the price, the people, and the new fence!!

He was very punctual. It took exactly the time he he promised. When I checked everything, I noticed something I didn't lik. It wasn't wrong. I just did not like it. He had it changed to my satisfaction the same day. I was not charged more for it. I was very pleased.

Had by far the most reasonable estimate and finished quickly and did nice job. Prestige was recommended to me by my realtor who had a number of clients who were very happy with them. I have since recommended Prestige to a number of other people.

I used prestige before in 2009, and the work and work ethics were great. This time around, the response time was poor, and he was always rushing to complete the work.

The renovation was wonderful! The team started on time, worked overtime, and finished as scheduled in two weeks - which I didn't think would happen. I'm very pleased with the quality of the work and the professionalism of the team. I had a basic vision for the project and left the rest in their hands, and they more than delivered. Everyone who has seen the work has commented on the quality. I got 3 quotes for the work; Presitge's was actually the lowest, but the company had the most impressive recommendations and pictures of past work. I was completely comfortable with the job in their hands. I've recommended them to others and I'll definitely use them in the future for any work I might need done.

My custom closets are wonderful. Elliott Finch can be reached at 240-274-4145 for custom wood work. I would not recommend Prestige unless you have a small job that requires a small amount of time for completion. I ended up paying less since he did not live up to his part of the contract. I did however pay Elliott separately for the custom closets.

"Our mission is to always fulfill our customers needs and demands. When signed the original contract agreement, it was clear that all we were doing was creating a new closet space with no custom shelving (customer was to outsource job to another company). My time line was five days (Mon-Fri), then we did not work on weekends. On Tuesday the member asked if we could provide her with a custom closet and we took on the job, which realistically would add time to the job. I went above and beyond to have one of my guys work 12 hours on Saturday and 12 hours on Sunday to try to complete the job. After returning on Monday from a family trip she stated to my office that she didn't want Prestige in her house thereafter because I didn't show up all weekend. Nevertheless however one looks at the situation Prestige never stopped working on the job, the project was completed, Elliot still works for Prestige (years later) and I will her beautiful closet can be viewed at www.constructingtheworld.com in our gallery. Now keep in mind that we knocked through an adjoining rooms wall, added support, finished off drywall then built this custom closet from scratch out of 4x8 sheets of popular wood, then stained it and built custom seat with storage in 7 days at a reasonable price that the customer ultimately was trying to get out of paying. You win some you lose some. We build our customer relations on integrity, punctuality and quality work. I can assure you that this a rare situation and that we DO go above the call of duty and treat every customer's project like its the only one we are doing. We start a project and we are there until it is complete, but unfortunately God has blessed me where my work load has increased over the years and I can not possibly be at every job everyday, but Prestige can be. A full bathroom remodel is pretty disruptive but I didn't suffer greatly. Dust and dirt was kept to a minimum. Prestige employees cleaned up the work area every day and kept the debris contained. The job took about a week which seemed reasonable. Original estimate was 3-5 days but I thought that was pretty ambitious since they demo'ed then reconstructed everything from scratch. Now it's like being in someone else's house. The bathroom is great. I've been using Prestige for a couple of years now on everything from plumbing to drywall to electrical and there's nothing else on my list of future jobs that I wouldn't use them for.

Donald is my main contact with Prestige. He's very focused on quality control, good communication, being responsive and informative. His attitude seems to trickle down to his workers, maybe because they know their pay hinges on avoiding errors. Donald takes a lot of pride in his work and is quick to show photos of previous jobs as references. Donald had worked on the homes of several of my friends before I sought out Prestige so he had come highly recommended. I've been slowly trying to improve my home over the years and haven't been making much progress on my to-do list, but Prestige's pricing is so reasonable and the work is so good that I plan on having them complete several jobs within the next month that I didn't think I could afford to do at the same time. They do pretty much anything, from plumbing to masonry to electricity to roofing. They have earned my trust. This first job went very quickly from initial consultation to payment. I was never inconvenienced.
