The positive is that he was very prompt professional and responsive.   I requested burning bushes, azaleas, white spinea and any other shrubs he could find that were red.   I am typing this review directly from the proposal I recently found in my files.  The 6 Leyland Cypress that were planted died within 2 weeks even with proper watering.  I contacted him and he said he would come out and replant.  I called a couple of times to schedule this and it never happened.   Five years later the shrubs are full developed and maybe one or two have some red blooms but the rest are just green year round and a couple are white as requested.  My goal as discussed in the proposal of a colorful area of shrubs on the hill did not happen.  What I got was more green in a yard that is already overwhelmingly green.   The leylands that I had planted a couple of months prior to this job by another company have thrived and are now probably 15 feet high.   The ones he planted turned brown and died immediately.
