No Limit Plumbing Service

My wife was home to let Sean in to make the repair to our pipes.  She asked him a series of questions about the causes of our leak (e.g. is it a typical "pin hole leak," should the water heater anode be replaced, are there apparent similar issues in other visible pipes).  Sean provided accessible explanations in response to all of these questions.  He also explained what he was doing at every step of the repair process.  As people who are very interested in the details and rationales behind the root cause of the plumbing issue and the course of repair, Sean was the perfect professional to meet our needs.  He was patient, friendly, and knowledgeable, and we would call him again without hesitation.  Highly recommended for his professionalism, particularly for those that appreciate coherent explanations.

I spent approximately $90 on that work. I first made the call and they came out and gave me the estimate and said that they would come on Saturday at 9 and do the work. He called me at 8 on Saturday morning and said he would be there in 5 minutes. The estimate was $1100, but I paid a little less than that and I also made a change and he had no problem with it. I had no problems with them.
