They arrived without the equipment they needed and asked to use some of mine. The tile was installed at two different heights under the cabinets. Under a corner window they installed tiles 7 tiles high on one side and 8 tiles high on the other. Thus when they met in the corner, it did not match up. They left a very noticeable hole next to an outlet. I bought some sponges for them. They left with them as well as a bucket I provided. They did not clean off the grout entirely. Cabinets and lighting were not cleaned off. They left a big mess and did not fully clean up after themselves. I contacted them and they said they would return on a Saturday at 10 AM. Finally at 3:05 PM I received a text saying there was an emergency. No apology. Nothing further. I sent them my full complaints. They just texted back "Sorry." Do not ever secure their services.
