HH Franklin Plumbing

This is a one man company. He is very difficult to reach and nearly impossible to pin down with an appointment. He is very nice, but his workmanship and other issues don't compensate for his talkative nice nature. I had a leak in my ceiling that was clearly coming from an upstairs bathroom. I am not a plumber and had no idea where it was coming from. He asked me what was causing the leak, I guessed the toilet, so he changed the seal on my toilet. We he was asking me where the leak was coming from specifically in the bathroom is beyond me. I am not a plumber and never took the time to measure to figure out where it was coming from. The leak continued so I finally took a tape measure and figured out that the leak was clearly coming from the tub. After numerous calls, finally ending with nasty messges to get back to my house, a month later he came back and claimed to have fixed the tub. I could open the access panel and see that the tub was still leaking inside the wall. I finally gave up and called someone else to fix the leak. Stay away from HH Franklin Plumbing, unless you want some conversation and bad plumbing.
